"We loved the location. It was very close to everything. We loved walking La Rambla into the Gothic Quarter. There are great restaurants, bakeries and coffee on all of the side streets. The metro is a short walk. Our only complaint was that there were many tiles missing in the shower and underneath was moldy. Our youngest was unnerved by it. The rest of us were fine with it. The AC was cool and the apartment was spacious."

"It is not an Aparthotel, like in the description. There is no housekeeping and getting in for the first time is a disaster (others reported the same). Even though they had my contact from Expedia, they only sent me the details to get in after I had to call them (multiple times) with expensive roaming.
The apartment is run-down and on the most ugly balcony I ever saw we had the AC-outlets of all five floors. Good we didn’t came in summer!"

"We did not actually stay at the Gothic Cathedral apartments since they were "out of order" at the time of our arrival. Instead we stayed at the Sagrada Familia apartments in the Eixample neighborhood. The 1-bedroom apartment was very spacious and we were provided a crib, high chair and toys for our toddler, which he loved. The apartment is about a 10 minute walk to the closest subway station which allowed us to get around most of Barcelona easily."
