Beautiful food ( our breakfast was included), suite towels and linens were lovely, and the staff sincerely tries to anticipate your every need. "Loved this very interesting place to stay. We were offered a glass of wine when we arrived. We could have done the wine tasting and the tour of the Winery if we had wanted to. Room was clean, furniture very old but lovely. Breakfast was excellent even though there is no cooked option. There was tea and coffee and a kettle and a fridge in our room which we were very happy about."

"Staff were very friendly and accommodating! They gave me suggestions and directions for places to eat and visit around town. Communication with hotel before my stay was excellent! Room was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Thank you for the extra pillows!! Breakfast was delicious and a great value for the price. Excellent location; only a couple of blocks to the train station made it easy to walk to, and just a 20 minute walk to the main area of Verona!! If I come back to Verona, I will absolutely stay here again!"
