"I made my reservation and paid through expedia but i wasn't made aware that upon arriving at the property to check-in I would have to provide an additional $50 deposit. That was a bummer. Considering the fact that you never know how far a family may have traveled and their financial circumstances, I suggest that the site discloses the additional charge at the time the reservation is being made before it's submitted to the prospective property which will provide any future guest with a much better experience moving forward. Overall, I had a great experience. I would definitely stay again and suggest this property and booking site to anyone."

"This hotel was perfect. Great room with large shower. Bar, small dinner and breakfast area. Easy to find, easy to park. Starbucks coffee downstairs. If you like more than one sugar and one creamer per person in the room, ask for it at the desk. Everyone was so friendly. I would stay again. "

"The staff was very kind. I was in town due to a illness in my family. I had to stay an extra night. The first night my air was not cooling properly so they moved me to another room so i would be comfortable. I really appreciated the effoirt they put in t making sure i was comfortable for the evening. I will stay here again."

"We were on our way to Florida for a family vacation and decided to stop at Dothan for the night. We were totally satisfied with our stay at Home Place Suites. It was very easy to get to from the highway and close to several restaurants. The first thing I noticed was that it smelled and looked new inside and out. The staff were all very accommodating and welcoming. This was our second stay at this hotel and will hopefully not be our last."
