"We got stuck in traffic so arrived very late to the property. The communication with the property was great. It wasn’t made clear on Expedia when booking that we’d have to pay extra for sheets The apartment was very tired It was a hot day and the apartment doesn’t have air con and only 1 window so it was very stuffy. "The entrance was a bit hard to find but we finally did. The place is gorgeous! Wish we could have stayed another day!"

"Cleaning and maintenance needed! Paper peeling off in the bathroom. Outside chair on the balcony was dirty and broken. Balcony covered in cobwebs. Bedroom door would not lock from inside. Bedding was clean, good towels and a good shower. Good location, great views."

"To say that the photographs of the apartment were misleading would be a misuse of the term. Totally mis-representational would be more appropriate (it was a completely different space). On arrival, there was no-one there to give us keys and no-one answered the phone when we tried repeatedly to call. Only after we hijacked one of the neighbours keys and left a message through the ski hire guy did we get a call at nearly midnight and finally got let into a room (not the one we booked). They...

"The property was okay. After check out they didn’t respond to my email about returning my security deposit, and the transaction still shows as pending in my account. Not sure when or if they will respond. "

"Everything about the hotel itself was excellent, the property felt very new and clean, rooms were a good size and well equipped. "Excellent property - only stayed a few nights as a base for a cycling trip. Lots of good cycling on the doorstep. Accommodation was what we we expecting. Friendly and helpful staff at reception. Unfortunately I didn't get to use the pool and spa, but my family said they were very good. Views and location are amazing! "
