"The staff was really great. I arrived early and they secured my bag while I went to get food. Then they called to let me know a room was ready early for no charge. The greatest thing was that the maintenance guy built me a little box for some plants that I needed to bring on a flight to a nearby town! Above and beyond all around."

"OUR STAY WAS WONDERFUL. GREAT LOCATION. QUIET, YET ABOUT A MILE TO TRAM STATION. THE KITCHEN WAS WELL OUTFITTED. MADE IT EASY FOR US TO COOK BREAKFASTS AS WELL AS DINNERS IF WE CHOSE. CLOSE TO HUMPBACK STATUE AND NOT FAR TO GROCERY STORE. MADE IT A VERY COMFORTABLE STAY."

The view was impeccable and the outdoor firepit added a fun option. The owner was extremely thoughtful abd communication was fantastic! "Hotel is directly across the parking lot from Juneau International Airport so perfect place to stay if coming in late or leaving super early. It's a 5 min walk to the front door of the airport. Check in was easy and fast. Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom had lots of space. Desk agent had the hair dryer I needed and there is vending machines for snacks and drinks. The bed was ok for one night but I'm not sure about staying much longer than that.. it seemed a bit worn. Otherwise, great stay."
