A Nice Guesthouse/Hotel 5 mins from Douglas Prom.

Really nice accommodation 10 minutes walk from the centre of Douglas. Easy parking outside for the bike, great staff team and a fresh cooked to order breakfast.

Highly recommended

Central location with great facilities such as a communal kitchen, strong WiFi and very modern fixtures/fittings. We really enjoyed our stay and found the living area with sofa and tv a tonic at the end of a long day.

A nice place for my husband and I to explore IOM by public transport. Centrally located not to far from the bus stops and a nice view of the harbour from our bedroom . Lovely breakfast and friendly hosts.

We enjoyed our visit to Arandale. It was well worth the steep walk up Broadway from the promenade. I loved the Manx kippers and poached egg at breakfast, a must for visitors to the Isle of Man.

Just what I needed when staying in Douglas

I had a great visit to the Isle of Man. The weather was glorious. My apartment at the Arrandale was just what I needed during my visit. Scott was brilliant at keeping me informed about my booking and check in arrangements. This was greatly appreciated. My apartment kitchen area was well equipped for what I needed during my stay. I would book again at the Arrandale when visiting the Isle of Man in future.

The apartment was amazing. I went with my family and we had a great time. Very clean, has all amenities etc A very responsive host. Extended our check out time at a short notice to help me catch up on an urgent work call. Very close to everything you need on the Island. My wife asked if I could give 10 stars, but can't because the score ends at 5😄

Arrandale House and Apartments accommodation was our base for a week's holiday for our family of 4. We stayed in a 2 bedroom self catering apartment which was very spacious, clean and well-kitted out. The apartment is walking Distance to and from Douglas Beach, shops and all public transport stops. We had a great week - top ratings on all counts. I would suggest putting a small fan in each of the rooms as the appartment did tend to get hot at times.

They were very accommodating about an earlier check-in .. in fact, they were proactive in asking us about our arrival. The staff there is very helpful and solicitous. The nasty surprise was that it was a 3-floor walk-up .. very steep stairs too .. the Expedia description did not state that anywhere. So it is not disabled-friendly and was very challenging for my arthritic body. The suite itself is exactly as described though it appears somewhat dated .. the doorstoppers are challenging, and the blackout blinds are not appropriately mounted so they let light in. However, it is very reasonably priced and an easy walking distance to the promenade .. though we always took a taxi back because the incline became exhausting at the end of the day,

The apartment was just what I needed

I found the apartment where I was staying clean and very well equipped so this was just what I needed. I was pleased I stayed in Douglas as there are a good range of shops and Douglas is an ideal location to be able to access all the modes of public transport. The electric tram, the steam train, buses and the Douglas bay horse tramway. In my opinion my apartment was ideal finding a quiet place to rest in Hutchinson square. The hotel staff were very kind and considerate. Thank you Scott.
