You will enjoy full and private access to the entire main house during your stay. The house has keyless entry and we'll send you the code the day before your arrival.
Please note there is an ADU above the garage that may be rented together or separately. If rented separately, guests in the ADU may use one parking space in the driveway and willl have a separate entrance on the opposite side of the garage.
Other things to note
This property includes both a main house and a separate guest suite (ADU), each offering complete privacy. The two spaces have independent entrances and dedicated parking areas, with no shared walls or indoor spaces. Guests enjoy a fully private stay year-round, with the only exception being the hot tub, which may be shared between the main house and this property from November 1 through March 31.
The private pool is open from June 1 to September 30 and available exclusively for your use.
The hot tub is open year-round—from April through October, it’s reserved solely for your group, while from November through March, it may be shared with guests staying in the guest suite.
After booking, you will be required to sign a liability waiver, ensuring you agree to our house rules and assume liability when using amenities such as the hot tub and bicycles. Please be sure to complete this before your arrival so we can confirm your reservation, and feel free to reach out before booking if you would like to see the rental agreement in advance.
Please note that a mandatory 5% community tourism fee is added to each reservation to support local tourism efforts.
