Lovely clean room with exceptional daily servicing, however the room was close to the kitchen extractor fans so was quite noisy. Staff very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. Bar staff very good.

Staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast is superb with a huge selection from the menu and buffet. The location is ideal and easy to get to anywhere in Douglas. The views are magnificent. There are a number of rooms without sea view and frosted windows but the rest of the experience overcomes this. Highly recommend

The Claremont is an excellent place to stay! Rooms are well fitted comfortable and clean . Staff are all helpful and friendly! Breakfast was good, choice and quality , would certainly re book and stay at the Claremont again!

A great hotel right in the centre of Douglas. This is our third time in this hotel and every room we have had had been very clean and comfortable. There is a wide selection for breakfast whether a continental choice or a hot choice from the main menu. And what really makes this hotel it is the staff. Everyone we came across have been courteous, helpful and efficient

The room was small, and unfortunately, we were there while the temperatures were hot, and the fan in the room only worked partially. The hotel was nice on the inside and the breakfast was very nice. Front desk staff seemed a little pretentious.
