I’m booked 3 single rooms as we were coming over to do Parkrun on the Island. The staff were excellent, very friendly, informative and professional. All the rooms were different. My room was lovely, clean room, plenty tea/coffee & biscuits. I had a sea view, which made it for me. The only thing which wasn’t 100% was the shower, it was a very slow flow. But other than that, a very friendly hotel.

Spent 4 nights here for the Southern 100 road racing event. The hotel is situated just off the main promenade in an ideal location. The room was well equipped with everything required for a pleasant stay. Comfortable bed with plenty pillows, tv, hairdryer, kettle with tea and coffee. Staff were helpful and friendly and the room cleaned to a high standard. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved the comfy bed and ease back down to the Prom! We walked to Queen for dinner and parked the rental without problems!! We did fine with many flights of stairs. Great location!!!!

Our family of 4 was split across 2 rooms due to their smallish size, but it was still a great bargain compared to other options. The hotel is conveniently located for several pubs and restaurants as well as the promenade, beach, electric railway, and horse trams. It's not too far from the ferry terminal, and we made it just fine by walking. Would recommend staying here.

What was unique about the property was that they did not have our reservations from Expedia. So we got there at 10 o’clock at night, they had no reservation for us, no space for us to stay because they were full, so there was a massive miscommunication between Expedia and the hotel. This Left us looking for another place… After 10 o’clock at night!

I received a warm welcome at reception and was able to store my bag until it was time to check-in, later in the day. My room had a sea view and was clean, tidy and contained everything I required during my visit. I'd happily stay here again on any future visits to the Isle of Man.
