Staff dedication
"It was the most affordable in that area but that staff show their dedication in service to this location. I've worked in multiple hotels so from a hotel worker stand point, the room was well maintained and again the dedication from the staff was superb."

"We were not told that when you check in to stay for more than one night that you have to request housekeeping service so when we returned and the garbage was still full and the wet towels on the floor we were taken aback. Other than that the stay was good."

Douglas is shop and skip from Saugatuck. Great Lake community with plenty of tourist shopping and breweries. Great to be walking around during the summer months.

Saugatuck Brewery nearby with huge Warehouse of antiques next door. Beautiful access to the beach within walking distance. Downtown Douglas with interesting shops and restaurants. Deer area. huge Root Beer Barrel float stand on the way! Definite Yes
