"My stay was very disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel.
I booked a King bedroom with an accessible bathroom that clearly showed a bathtub with grab bars in the Expedia confirmation. At check‑in, I was given a standard shower‑only bathroom. After I complained, the front desk moved me to another room, but it was still the wrong type — a roll‑in shower with no bathtub. Even after I showed my confirmation and photos, the staff insisted that the bathtub room type “did not exist.”
I contacted Expedia, who spoke with another staff member and the manager. I was told to come back the next day at noon for the correct room. The next day, they said the room wasn’t ready and would call me when it was available. I waited in my room for FOUR hours with no call, and only when I went back to the front desk did they finally give me the room. In that room, the bathtub drain stopper was broken and couldn’t hold water.
Other issues: ants in the room, housekeeping not cleaning as promised (every other day), the drinking water dispenser not working properly, and parking at $28 per day with limited spaces, so we often had to park in a neighboring lot (overflow parking area) and walk in the rain.
The location and breakfast were good, but overall the stay was frustrating. I will not return."
