"My fiancée and I chose this destination as a midway point to meet and spend time together. Individually, our travel conditions were absolutely horrible. We were delayed by a day, and my luggage was lost. The hotel staff at Mazagan and the concierge did everything they could to accommodate us and make up for the negativities of our overall experience even though it was not the fault or responsibility of the hotel or their staff. I am extremely grateful for their kindness and expertise. If not for their sincere and caring personnel, this trip would have been extremely negatively impacted. I cannot recommend the Mazagan strongly enough for that resson. I will offer some critique though - no shisha (in the entire region), no jacuzzi, no hot tub. One pool and the water at this time of year was very cold. Technically there are two pools, but one os for children. Otherwise... an amazing experience. Make your reservations, you won't regret it!"

We also had the beach picnic for lunch which was the highlight of a month long trip! I would plan my next trip to Morocco based on this hotel’s availability— it was that exceptional!"

"We had such a wonderful stay at Ville de Joubert. Wafa was incredibly helpful and really made sure we had a lovely stay. Nabil the restaurant manager pulled out all the stops ensuring my partner had an incredible birthday, we had requested a cake and they delivered a tiramisu cake with his name on it! Even making sure it was a surprise. Wafa also put us in touch with a friend of hers, Aziz who drove us around and really made sure we could get to places! Highly recommend this to anyone who wants a calming place surrounded by the most beautiful of views. "

The staff is incredibly friendly, with "Fadil" standing out for being especially helpful and welcoming, which made our experience even better. The breakfast was freshly prepared and absolutely delicious. I would definitely love to stay here again next time. Thanks for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable!"

"This riad is a gem. Our room was huge, clean and very comfortable. The staff is extremely friendly, even bringing us a wonderful bottle of wine with nuts and chips on our first of two nights. It was all very comfortable and I would recommend this riad. "
