"absolutely brilliant. In a big hot spot area of Platanias with a bust beach and restaurant area. Don’t listen to any of the negative reviews. The place was spotless, ability to stream your netflix and youtube. Great deck, giant bathroom and the breakfast was incredible and delicious!! If they had a pool area near jacuzzi it would be absolutely top notch! What a great gem to stumble upon! Staff exceptionally friendly and they actually knew they were a VIP access hotel. Most don’t or don’t care!...

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, the room was spotless, and the hotel had a relaxing atmosphere. We truly appreciated the excellent hospitality and would gladly stay here again. "Super friendly staff. Clean & well maintained rooms, although our double room had 2 single beds which wasn’t ideal. Great location, short walk to seafront and loads of great restaurants & bars. Pool area looked nice and was very clean. We were exploring the island with our hire car so used the hotel just as a base to sleep in the evening. Breakfast buffet was very good."

"The staff greets you with utmost kindness. We arrived late and they were there to show us our room. The breakfast which was included in our stay is amazing as well as the coffee and view you are blessed with as you eat. The pool and beach area were beautiful. The staff went above and beyond to make sure your needs were met."

"Amazing stay! Staff were so nice! We did a lot around the area so did not really stay much during the day but the staff still made the most effort to create a genuine connection with us and made us coffees to go for our day trips every morning!! The room was also so spacious and cleaned daily!!"
