"Absolutely shocking. Arrived at 7.20pm. Check in was between 5-8pm. No sign of anyone. Phoned both phone numbers and messaged via hotel.com - no answer from property. Waited there for an hour. We were extremely tired after leaving the UK at 7am!!! Had to find another hotel at ann extra cost. Eventually arrived around 9pm. Hotel owner phoned me at 10.38pm, waking us up, to ask where we were and apologise! What a joke. A formal complaint has been made to hotel.con who were extremely helpful...

"Nous avons adoré notre séjour à cet hôtel ! Le personnel est serviable et très gentil. Les chambres sont très minimalistes, ce qui fait qu'elles ne sont pas les plus confortables, mais c'était suffisant pour nos besoins. L'emplacement est également incroyable.
