"The home is recently renovated and had great attention to detail in the decor and comfort of the guest. It has lovely Bay views from the front in two enclosed porches which are wonderful to sit in. The surrounding area is a combination of new builds, a trailer park, and abandoned houses falling down and overrun with plants. Two such houses are immediately across the street and in view in front of water. The beach is 2 blocks away and was clean. The water was brown during our stay. As advertised...

"Rather than staying at a noisy hotel, we opted to go with the VRBO while at a lax tourney at the DE turf. The house is located in a quiet area. We ventured into surrounding towns for local restaurants and shopping. (It does take 12-15 min to get anywhere). The accommodations were comfortable and my daughter and I had our own sleeping areas. "
