The location is great with easy access to the springs in the area.we enjoyed having the kayaks available to enjoy the river and the view from the balcony is great. There were a few gnats about outside but none of them were of the biting kind. Would definitely stay again."

"Quiet,Relaxing. Just what we needed after loosing our brother in March. View from the porch was awseme. Drank wine on the river every night. One night had a fire in the fire pit. My sister caught a fish. I went kayaking for the first time. House was clean. Beds comfortable. Foos ball table and pacmantook us back to our childhooddays. Strongly recommend!childhooddays. "
