"Friendly, efficient and helpful staff. I especially appreciated the housekeeping staff that helped me with my bags. I am sorry I did not get her name but it was at 5.15pm on the 8th floor and she would not accept a tip from me. If you can work out who she was please share my appreciation"

"It's not a great area surrounding the hotel but we never felt scared or unsafe. The room we got was amazing. Spacious, lots of beds to use, all the appliances we needed, full fridge, lots of seating. Would love to stay here again. Didn't mind the parking across the street. It's not far. $25/night. ..."
