"Old hotel. Old furniture, old carpet, terrible smell, only 2 old small elevators, old everything. Rooms extremely small, claustrophobic, dark and scary. This hotel should not exist or should be renovated from the scratch. We stayed only one night and moved to a different hotel. Please stay far away from this property."

"Located within steps of the 9-11 memorial. This location was perfect. Lower West Side near the Oculus (Subway Trains). Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The only issue was the king size bed was actually two full size beds put together. They have vending and laundry available on site"
