"Rooms look nothing like pictures. Cold shower. Heater doesn’t work. Draft from window not properly sealed. Fire alarm test conducted without first announcing to guest. When I tried to speak to front desk, the employee answered me with “for this price you expected different?”"

"Staff unhelpful, long lines for check in, no soap in my room when I arrived, the elevator had issues one night and I wasn’t let up to my room for about 30 minutes. The place was dirty and just unkept. The location is good, but that’s about it. They also keep $150 in resort/destination fess. Cannot recommend "
