What we really liked was that there was bottled water available for guests. My husband travels a lot for work, and he said that this was the first time there was free water. In addition, there was a happy hour with complimentary drinks! It was nice to sit, relax and have a beverage in the lobby. Finally, after talking to Justin, we booked multiple trips.
