"This was a neat hotel. There was an indoor pool and a little playground right outside our room, which we could see through due to the glass doors! we absolutely loved this. On top of that, this place was priced extremely reasonable. the rooms were pretty up to date, and everything was clean. The staff was also very friendly and helpful!. this place was truly amazing, and i would definitely recommend this place ESPECIALLY if you have kids "

"I had an issue with my reservation when I arrived, but Denis at the front desk was extremely helpful and professional. He took the time to fix the problem and made sure everything was taken care of. "The house was beautiful and had a gorgeous view of the lake. There was a problem with the water pressure so when someone was taking a shower or a bath, there was not any water at any of the other sinks. This was quite a challenge as there were nine people staying in the house. We also had a challenge when we arrived at the house and found a couple inches of snow on the sidewalk and 8 -10 inches of snow on the driveway and additional snow at the end of the driveway from the snow plow clearing the road. I contacted the owner and he said the guy who was to clear the driveway had a problem with his equipment and didn’t get it cleared, but the owner left a shovel for me. At 65 years old, I was not happy to have to shovel the driveway. I wanted to have all of the food and supplies unloaded before the other guest arrived, but I didn’t get it done. The younger men arrived and finished shoveling. The owner did give me a 50 refund for the inconvenience."
