"Very disappointing stay. Check-in was frustrating from the start. I rang the bell and could see an employee looking at me but she didn't acknowledge me. After waiting, I rang again. She finally came over but directed me to a TV screen where a remote agent checked me in while she helped a couple who arrived after me. I had to scan my own ID, credit card, and activate my own room key. There was also an unexpected $50 deposit. When I got to my room, there were no towels, no extra toilet paper, dust...

"Limited parking and breakfast was just cereal and coffe"

"It was clean but needed lots of repair work done. Unfortunately, there is NO insulation in the walls as we spent both nights awake listening to loud music, arguing, screaming, cussing, and doors slamming. We did not get much sleep. The front desk was called but the issues continued. Not sure we will stay here again."

"The service is excellent and they treat you like family. The nearby area is very accessible for dining or shopping and very peaceful for walking."

"This place was ok. I mean initially when they gave us our room it was on the third floor. The entire floor was extremely hot for it to be the summer. We got moved to the first floor, but the rooms had their AC units. That’s what made it bearable to sleep at night. But other than that it was cool."
