"Robert was very helpful and we found the breakfast better than our expectations."

"Overall, we had a great stay. Beautiful home with wonderful views. The breakfast was okay."

"No FREE breakfast $12.95 per person charge. Room clean. Bathroom light switch turns on light and fan should have 2 switches . One for light and one for the fan. When you get up in the middle of the night you do not want to wake everyone in the room with fan noise. Price $50 higher than Best Western in Hannibal Missouri with no real greater conveniences and and additional charges for breakfast of $26/per couple."

"Room was great, staff friendly and helpful. This is where I stay every time I go to Dubuque."

"We stayed here one night and liked it a lot! The guy at the front desk was helpful!"

"This is the first Holiday Inn Express I’ve stayed at that I felt I went back in time to 30 years ago. This is so outdated I’m shocked that IHG puts their name on this property. Needed remodeled 20 years ago. The coffee looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Was so dirty I left without showering. "The room was immaculate and the pool and hot tub were fabulous. Breakfast was fine with quite a few choices. I’d definitely come here again when in the area."

"I booked 2 rooms thru Expedia (due to an 8+ review rating you provided) October 23 & 24 at Dubuque Inn & Suites. Our experience was a rating of 2. Here is why: Room: It was very hard to see as the lighting was terrible! The room was so small we could hardly navigate around the bed. There was no place to put our suitcases (not even a suitcase rack to set them on). It was very old with missing paint on walls, etc. and air didn't work well. The room was not freshened up after the first...

"Definitely one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed at in my life and I travel for a living. Felt like I was staying at the Hilton it was so amazing. Kari is the best"

"Had the hotel for 2 nights but since I took my luggage with me after the first night the staff checked me out of my room even though I never formally checked out or notified the front desk that I was leaving. Later on that evening when I returned, a couple was assigned my room and came in while I was in there. Afterwards, when night management clocked in, again my room was assigned to another couple, that came in again while I was in my room. Not the best hotel experience I've had."
