I knew the location was great for my plans in Eugene, but for a relatively inexpensive place, I wasnt expecting the room to be as nice/nicer than some of the 4-star hotels Ive stayed at. Very friendly staff, super convenient, and a great room. Highly recommend. "

"The room was disgusting. There was someones old shorts under the bed skirt, and sweat stains on the mattress that were very visible through *hopefully* clean sheets. There was hair left in the shower. Cleanliness 0/10. I slept fully clothed, and actually looked around for bed bugs. All that being said- the staff was pleasant, and we were in a pinch to find some where to sleep on a road trip, so we had to take what we could.... I wish we would have just kept driving."

"Nice outdoor pool and hot tub. But the people made our stay special. Friendly, helpful staff make the difference here. They found a way to give me enough charge in my car to get me to a charging station that wasn't broken down like the one I counted on across the street, gave us extra towels for the grandkids who dropped in to use the pool, etc. They just went above and beyond, so we'll be staying here every time that we come to visit the grandkids!"
