"My husband and I spent 10 days in Ecuador and fell in love with it! We ended up staying at this hotel 3 times in those 10 days, simply because we adored this place. The grounds are beautiful, the breakfast is amazing, the customer service is top tier and the staff is always friendly. There is a pool, a steam room, a gym and an area to play board games! It's so fun to walk around this place. There are so many things to see and do right here. There are plenty of places to sit and relax and enjoy...

"After traveling for 10 hours, we arrived by taxi to find that all the lettering had been removed from the front of the building and it was shut down. It turns out that after intensive inspections after the recent earthquake, the building was determined to be unsafe. There were personal on the scene which transported us to a nearby hotel ( The Palace) which truned out great. It's unfortunate with today's technology that Expedia cannot keep track of people's reservations and inform them of such...

"Hotel basically OK. Shower drain partially blocked so had to turn shower off periodically to avoid flooding bathroom floor. One small windown looking out onto a wall 3 feet away in my room. Just did not like the surrounding area much. Did not seem to be any restaurants/bars just fast food vendors."
