"Very nice hotel and conveniently located. Walkable to west lake and 湖滨银泰。武林夜市 is literally downstairs. We bought the horizon club and were able to enjoy breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner!"

Communication may be difficult for English but we used the phone translator and I speak simple mandarin, hence, it was pleasant. The location of the hotel is also good. Near to amenities and close to Fsmous He Fang street and drum tower."
