"This is a beautiful hotel. I really liked the way they incorporated the old union station into every aspect of the hotel. There is still a lot of construction inside and outside of the hotel and technically an active railroad runs through the hotel but I honestly did not hear or feel anything. I slept very well. "

"I love the way the loading area and entrance to the lobby is uniquely inside the building rather than off of the street. The fact that each room is a suite with a bedroom and living area is very convenient as my wife and I have different sleep and wake cycles."

"Although they accidentally deleted my reservation, they worked and made up for it by getting me a similar room and giving me a discount. It was resolved quickly by the manager. The breakfast is excellent. The beds are very comfortable. The room is extremely clean and well appointed. There are no coffee pots in the rooms however they will get you one if you want one. There is coffee and tea available 24 hours in the lobby if you want to go down and get some. The staff is absolutely excellent and would always ask if you needed anything and greeted you every time you walk by. The pool and hot tub area was very clean and maintained well. Overall I'm very pleased with this property and would stay there again and recommend it to anyone."

"This property was clean and a nice location. What I did not like was the design of the hotel. It seems to have had two half bathroom but not a complete bathroom. I consider this a very bad design. "
