"It’s fine if you’re just stopping through for a night but I wouldn’t recommend as a vacation spot. It’s pretty inconvenient from the town and not somewhere where you want to spend time at the hotel. No alcohol on the premises. We also had a ton of mosquitos in our room when we got there and got several bites while sleeping. One plus is they offer a cheap shuttle to the pier so it’s a convenient stop if you’re heading to phi phi. Also, the staff was really kind and helpful so these comments are...

"I came back to Krabi to extend my visa. They drove me to Immigration and waited for me for 200 baht. Most helpful. I hung some laundry on my chair and a drying rack appeared for my use. Staff were very helpful. Good breakfast and they run s shuttle downtown. "

"While searching for a hotel, we specified to have it near the Krabi Night Market, however the hotel was far (about 20 min walk) and the streets were dark and quiet. The room was very simple and neat, equipped with basic necessities (no mirror except in the toilet). Surprisingly the TV has many channels and great aircon that made up for what it lacked. Although the staff was not well-versed in English, she was helpful and quickly changed our room when the initial room had some power issues. "
