"One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in by far on all my travels globally. Marcelo on main desk is super happy and friendly, as well as the lady who helped me with cable car tickets. The breakfast is brilliant extremely attentive staff and the bar on the 12th floor is very chilled out. The rooms are super comfortable and I highly highly recommend this hotel, bonus you have access to a free gym which has everything and close to the cable car into town."

However our overall stay could have been slightly better; for starters the property was not as listed (we had 2 double beds rather than 1 double bed and 2 twins) - this was not a massive problem as we are friends and didn't mind sharing, however one of the double beds had broken slats on the right hand side which meant we were sleeping on a...
