"Loved the staff! Did NOT like the inability to speak directly to the front desk or concierge by phone to confirm our reservation before leaving for our trip. Bed was difficult to get into and sleep on. Must have been a pretty soft mattress topper. Absolutely AWFUL water pressure for a shower. Took forever to wash our hair. View was fabulous, room spotless and location amazing. Parking without valet was ridiculous and inconvenient. Attendants had tough time communicating clearly, losing patience when you couldn’t understand them, and there was a line of cars behind you. It was a form of parking, booking hours that was complicated and took time it shouldn’t have."

"The front desk was friendly and accomodating throughout my stay. Naveen at the front went above and beyond giving me directions on the train and bus to take back to the airport. The location allows for close proximity to landmarks, restaurants, etc. The view on the north side on the 20plus floors are beautiful. The staff that assisted with the Community Based Senior Serving Sector Summit were exceptional. Well worth the investment of staying. "
