"We were coming off of a canceled reservation at another property because they had their pool closed for maintenance. Zac at the front desk was great and made myself and the kids feel welcome immediately. My kids went from disappointed and cranky after a few hours in the car, to really excited to be at the hotel and go swimming. Zac made sure we got our fresh baked cookies and was very friendly and helpful the whole trip. The room was comfy and clean, the pool area was great for the kids, the breakfast was perfect and everybody on staff was super professional and helpful. On the way out, my daughter dropped her entire drink on the lobby floor and nobody batted an eye. Just said it was okay, told me to go ahead and leave it and went to grab a mop. Great stay, great service, will definitely be back. "
