"Even with the reviews, I did not realize just HOW NICE this hotel is until I walked into the lobby. The waterfall was over the top lovely, and the hotel staff were both kind and informative (I had questions about the city, the hotel, and how to arrange for transportation to the airport the next day). For convenience I had both dinner and the breakfast buffet in the morning at the hotel and enjoyed both. It is an easy walk to the historic center though there are 2-3 long and very industrial/commercial blocks to walk past along the way. As a tourist, I found these as interesting to see as the centro, though obviously for very different reasons. It would be easy to get a taxi or uber instead, though, if you prefer. I would stay here again."

"The hotel is new and nice. The breakfast is pretty good and the location is OK. The room is kind of samll. But if you just want to take a shower and sleep that's good enough. My main complaint is that the hotel is too close to the freeway. We were given a room facing the freeway and it was very noisy during the night and hard to sleep. If you stay there, ask a room not facing the freeway."

"Beautiful property in a very safe neighborhood so close to the historic center. The staff was extremely helpful. It was lovely to have a little pool on the property to cool off in the afternoon and the jacuzzi in the room was very relaxing after a long day walking around town. Oh and a beautiful library to peruse as well."
