"Good welcome but somewhat slow check in. Parking garage under hotel so all good Room of great size and well decorated. Restaurant very good with excellent service from Lloyd. Overall a good stay at the end of a long road trip Would use this again "

"This trip had all the ingredients of pending doom. Lost ID so none to check in with, frozen credit cards etc. I would like to say that Priscilla at the front desk saved me from homelessness in San Jose. On top of it all there was a mistake in my booking dates and working with Expedia was like getting a root canal. However Priscilla made a few calls, going well beyond the scope of her responsibilities to ensure i had a roof over my head and worked around a number of cancelled credit cards. Highly recommended for the staff. recently updatd and great overall value. Piece of strong advice - stay way from booking via a 3rd party like Expedia where you are juat a number. Call them direct and book so you can sleep at night which was the whole point."
