"The staff was very nice spoke to who I'm assuming is the manager had a pretty good conversation with him. Went to my room to rest and it was clean/ fresh. The bed itself was noticeably old but not bad. Would book again"

"the stairs and elevator are located outside, there are security cameras and 24/7 front desk. That threw me off at first but it felt safe. Rooms were clean and staff were helpful. It’s about a 2.5 mile walk to downtown"

"My room was really clean and bed was comfortable. Typical Hilton experience regarding cleanliness and room comfort. This is a MOTEL next to the airport. I requested a new room because one resident had music blasting that could be heard down the hall. Parking is limited. "Let's first address the 'parking fee', it says you will be charged $22-$25 per day, who or what determines which you'll be charged? It cost us $49 to park at the hotel for 2 nights (which included a $1.50 per day 'service fee'. Next, we did not ask for an ADA room, yet we got one. The bathtub did not have a non-slip mat (was very dangerous) and the shower head barely covered my 5'1" height! With all the 'tourist' and other unexpected fees, we will NOT be staying with Hyatt again!"
