"As late as 8:30pm the apartment we booked had not been cleaned from the previous guests. Unmade bed, dirty towels, etc. We contacted the lady who had checked us in, only to be told that it wasn’t her responsibility to have the apartment cleaned but that she would try to find someone to do that. When we called her again a little later first she wouldn’t pick up, then proceeded to yell at us. At this point we just left the apartment and checked into a different hotel. "Fantastic spot, great area easy to find, loads of spots around for food, drink, shopping, tourist attractions. "

"The first and biggest problem is that the apartment smelt like a sewer and the smell became worse by the day. On top of that, it was so damp that my clothes were moist. The aircon didn’t work. "Beautiful Property! It was very comfortable with air conditioning which was a plus since it was so hot in Bologna this year. Host gave excellent directions to find the property. It is on a very busy corner with lots of great food and drinks "

"Great communication by owner up until arrival. Once issues were idetfied and arose it became sporradic and no one showed up to take care of the issues. Apartment was not cleaned for what seems like weeks prior our arrival. Really filthy. Once escalated we had to stay behind and deal with cleaning staff ourselves rather than owner. Couch/bed was broken upon arrival and never fixed. So listed three beds were never actually available."

"Met the needs of our break perfect will consider staying again. Really catered for all demographics. Super close to Bologna train station spotted as we travelled in on Marconi Express. Ignore the negativity on latter because @ 7 mins you’re getting a 1-level rollercoaster ride, fabulous views & less than 5 min walk to The Social Hub!"
