"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and everything we needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the city. But what really made our experience exceptional was the gentleman at the front desk. I believe he’s Colombian, and he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. From the moment we arrived, he was friendly, professional, and truly helpful with everything we needed. His excellent service made a big difference in our stay. Thank you for such a great experience—we’ll definitely be coming back!"

"The hotel was nice and clean and looked to be fairly new or at least kept up very well. We got upgraded to a corner room on the 18th floor that gave us amazing views of the city. The only complaint is the elevator set up is kind of odd. You have to take one elevator up to the lobby walk across and get into a second set of elevators. Considering everything else this is extremely minor especially once you get the hang of it."
