Listings say sleeps 4. I would say a family of 4, a couple and two young children. Two adults and two teens would definitely be a challenge. "I’ll start with the positive. The unit itself was updated and decorated simple. The property itself is extremely run down starting with pulling into a very dark driveway leading into a small dirt lot with a very large work truck parked in the entrance way and several other cars taking up most the lot. Construction materials laid out all around the property and parking lot. Broken fence and uneven grounds moving around the parking lot. On rainy days the dirt sand tracks into your unit and leaves...

"This studio was a perfect fit for our stay. Clean, nice bathroom and kitchen areas, great backyard and they welcomed our dog to enjoy it anytime. The host, Andrea, could not have been more accommodating and made sure we were not needing anything. "We had an amazing stay at this 2 bedroom apartment in Derry! The home was spotless and well appointed, with comfy furniture and beds. We also took advantage of the in-home gym. Richie and Lisa, the hosts, were highly responsive and kind, which made the stay even better. Derry is close to a number of great attractions, including Canobie Lake Park and Manchester.
