"One of my wife’s and my favorite getaways! We spend weekends here as often as we can to revel in the beauty of Kentucky Lake, see wildlife everywhere, eat great food at the on-premise restaurant, swim in the sparkling-clean pool, breathe fresh air, and just relax!"

"We stayed for my bday had a good stay. We were part of the people displaced because of storms in Cunningham ky. I needed a place for my dogs and me the pool was awesome. A little outdated....not your Holiday Inn but for the price it was good"

"We had a 3 night stay at The Respite and it was wonderful! It was peaceful and relaxing, and oh so beautiful! The staff was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. Breakfast was a treat and the location was very convenient; an easy walk to the National Quilt Museum, the Riverwalk and the vibrant downtown area. Staying at The Respite was the highlight of our visit!"

"It is an older property but room was clean and the area was quiet. The shower shampoo and soap dispensers were empty and had it not been so late I would have walked to the desk to ask for some. The front desk clerk was very nice and attentive at check-in. I would stay here again."
