"What can I say about this property and its owners except AMAZING! WE have a wonderful one-night stay and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. The property is beautiful, modern, exceptionally clean, and in a fantastic location, It's just a five-minute walk to a lovely sandy beach and some delicious restaurants. We especially recommend the local pizza place! We also loved the pool, which was warm and so much fun - a perfect way to spend our last day in Athens after returns from our cruise. The early check-in was a a great option for us, and the convenient location near the airport make our departure the following morning stress-free. The airport transfer was easy and seamless, which made everything even better. The owners were amazing, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. We highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to Athens."

"Lots of establishments would like to portray themselves as friends of a friend who have a room to let – these people, however,were really like that! Could not ask for better hosts. Only wish it hadn’t been rainy weather so we could enjoy the pool and beach! This really is their home."

"This place is an apartment . The airport shuttle is free which is a bonus and the taxi driver helped us to register as there is no reception desk. If you will be staying longer than one night, i would suggest you book a room on the second or third floor as we were in a room under the outside stairwell which was quite dark. The room was clean and adequate for one night and was very close to lovely restaurants on the beach ."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Cabo Verde. We were there in the beginning of the Fall off-season so our experience was probably different from others' who come in the peak summer and early Fall times. We found the hotel peaceful and the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast area and outdoor area plus pool look right out at the sea. And there's always a warm coffee or cold beer available a few steps away. The rooms were also clean and well-maintained for the most part. There were a few minor areas where the wear and tear were visible, but nothing that really impacted our stay. The area around the hotel had plenty of dining options, even after the peak season was over, with a nice variety of traditional Greek foods, seafood, cafes, and bars all within easy walking distance. We also had no trouble getting cabs locally or to take us back and forth to Athens. Overall a great experience and we hope to go back someday."
