L'Authentique: The Perfect Holiday Home for Families and Friends!



Nestled in the heart of Provence, on the heights of Draguignan, discover two stone houses dating back to 1873, surrounded by olive trees and garrigue, on a fully enclosed 4-hectare estate. Close to both the sea and the lake, they offer peace and authenticity, far from modern distractions (limited WIFI).



The two houses, La Bergerie and Les Oliviers, can accommodate up to 8 people, making them ideal for two families or a couple seeking a tranquil setting.

Property Description:



La Bergerie: Main room with a double bed, bunk bed, and an alcove with a single bed. Upstairs bathroom. Perfect for children or teenagers.

Les Oliviers: Dining room with a fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, mezzanine with a double bed, and a large bedroom with a double bed and a boat bed.

Outdoor Features:



A spacious terrace shaded by mulberry trees invites you to enjoy convivial meals, equipped with a barbecue (except on windy days), a plancha, and a cooker. The saltwater pool (12x6 m, secured) is a true haven of relaxation, surrounded by loungers and a garden lounge area.



Activities and Services:



Located 30 minutes from the sea and 1 hour from the Verdon Gorge, the region offers Provençal markets, wine tastings, festivals, hiking, cycling (bike rental available), and canoeing. Optional services such as babysitting and grocery delivery are also available.

1 hour from Nice or Marseille airports, 10 minutes from Les Arcs-sur-Argens train station.
