You will find a comfortable and beautifully furnished 5-room terraced house with 150 square meters of space spread across two levels. On the ground floor, there is a living room with an open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), a TV, and air conditioning, as well as a shower and separate toilet. The living room leads out to a terrace. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a separate toilet on this level. Upstairs, you will find four bedrooms: one room with three beds (90 cm, length 190 cm) and a bathroom with a toilet, two rooms each with a French bed (160 cm, length 190 cm) and a shower/toilet, and one room with two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm) and a shower/toilet.
