"The individual who checked us in was very irritable and not pleased that I had booked the hotel through Expedia. That got the stay started on a sour note. The rest of the staff was very nice. We have stayed here before, right after it opened a couple of years ago. This is nothing the hotel staff itself has any control over; it just saddens me that the materials used today are not good. The faucet at the bathroom sink was loose. There was some water damage to the wall right outside the tub. The caulk around the tub was cracked which is going to cause them mold issues if it is not fixed. The stopper for the tub was on the side of the tub. The hotel is clean; the pool is large and so is the hot tub. The hotel itself is clean. We did not eat the breakfast this time so I cannot comment on that. I would still recommend this hotel to people as it is in a quite location but also close enough to everything it isn't much of a drive to get to what you need."

"Clean room, great staff, good breakfast choices! My girls (and their friends) and I stayed 2 nights. They are all 13-14 years old. This is our 2nd stay there in the last year, and we love it. Definitely recommend this place! Great location close to shopping, restaurants, gas stations, etc. This has become our go-to place to stay when we're in the area."
