"We loved staying at Nathalie’s apartment in Nice. The location was great, right in the center of the old town and it was very quiet even though the bustling city was right under us. Nathalie was very helpful and the apartment was so adorable."

"We had an excellent time staying here. The location is a perfect home base for travelling around the South of France or just exploring the local area. The space is clean with a lovely little balcony to have a coffee in the morning.The host was easy to communicate with and very helpful with anything we needed during our stay. "We had a wonderful stay here in August. Great location to get to beach and markets and plenty of shops and restaurants everywhere! Malin and Jonas made the checking in and out seamless and were very flexible. We highly recommend staying here. "

"As advertised. Parking a bit of a pain, but place is right on promenade. Wifi and hot water are great. Hostess Francis works hard ro make sure you are comfortable and it is so nice to sit on living room and watch Nice go by. Noise was not an issue at all!"

"This was a very spacious apartment that was ideal for our family with 3 children. Lots of room for everyone, kitchen with dishwasher, two full bathrooms, crib/playpen, and high chair. Was very close walk to promenade, old town Nice, and restaurants. Walking and grocery was 2 min walk. So central and perfect. Apartment was clean and everything in working order. Would stay here again!"

"Just a perfect place to stay. Fabulously located in the heart of the old city in Nice. Truly just a few steps to the beach and a few steps to the tram. Spacious, with great light, tastefully furnished, and extremely comfortable. We had a glorious 10 days stay and the apartment truly felt like home. "This is an amazing flat. The location is wonderful for experiencing the heart of old Niece. We enjoyed being able to open the balcony doors and see/hear the pulse of life happening in the plaza. The flat has everything needed for a comfortable stay that feels like you're staying in a luxury rental. We wish we could have stayed longer. "Great hotel. Perfect location. Amazing views of the Mediterranean. The staff is very friendly. Very walkable to old nice and the beach is across the street. My only recommendation would be to change the carpet in the hallways. Otherwise, beautiful hotel. We will stay here again. "

"Amazing hotel due to its location, price, and most importantly, their staff. Everyone there was kind and welcoming to us, explained and answered all questions. Location is 100/10…you’re right down the street from the beach and from all the bars/restaurants. Walkable distance from practically everything (15 mins ) Good WiFi service and AC The hotel is literally next to a small convenient store and cafe so once you leave can pick up some drinks, sodas/pop, or coffee and be on with your day. Would recommend and come back "

"This is a great hotel for the following reasons:- A) An easy walk to the beach and promenade. B) An easy walk to the train station if you wish to visit Monaco for the day C) not too far from the airport, around €25: 30 fares if by Uber. It may cost more by taxis D) An easy walk to the main shopping district E) the surrounded areas has many bars, cafes and restaurants D) it is a short walk to 2 museums. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Incidentally, this is our second stay in Nice and the hotel. L& M"
