"The house was beautiful in a beautiful setting, but the listing leads you to believe that you have a private location on the river, however this is not the case. The neighbors are right next door (within 50ft on both sides), so there was little privacy outdoors. The river access was difficult to maneuver, and the boats that are shown in the picture are not accessible by the renter (I feel like this should have been mentioned in the listing).
