The apartment is in a very quiet area, convenient for moving to the beaches of Tropea, Capo Vaticano.
The apartment is located on the second floor of a private building.

The apartment is composed of:
-1 double bedroom complete with wardrobe and TV -1 living room with 1 very large and comfortable sofa bed for two people, and 55 '' TV
-2 bathrooms with WC, bidet, bathtub with shower, and shower, sink with mirror and hairdryer.
- washing machine, drying rack and iron, basic linen included.
-Large fully equipped kitchen.

The building is completely new to everything.
At your disposal a terrace, with a beautiful view of the landscape.
