"Kitchen was dirty, beds not made, no clean towels, we had to vacuum the carpet. The code we received did not work, had to call support and after a long wait we received another code. It took another hour for support to contact owner about sheets and towels! Owner did apologize and brought clean sheets and towels. It really only sleeps 6 comfortably - the air mattress went flat in the night. Found another that did stay inflated. Texted the owner but no response regarding mattress pads for beds, just sheet on top of mattress"

"It was awful! The staff was rude and unhelpful. The room was dirty. The bed and pillows looked as if someone had been sleeping there and the cleaners had just pulled the covers up not even neatly. There was no hand soap. There was one little wash rag. The toilet paper only had 1/4 of a roll. Left the carpet was stained and greasy looking. There was unfinished little kitchenette with a big hole where there may have been a fridge all in all if there was a zero, I’d give it a zero."

The bed & pillows were comfy. I was disappointed that the breakfast bar didn't have as much to choose from as before. Adding some yogurt, fruit, and danish would improve that."
