My stay at this hotel was incredible. I’ve never experience the top not hospitality from any hotel in my life. The staff was super friendly. They treated me like I was really special. The owner treated me like his only guest at the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 I’d give this hotel 10 plus

The staff was very helpful, despite the fact that my German language skills basically suck. Thank god this isn't the case with their English.

Excellent hotel and great price, conveniently close to FRA airport. Hotel Shuttle provides access both ways. However to take it from airport you have to get to Terminal One Concourse B, exit the arrivals area, turn to your left and walk a ways to the end, turn left again and go to the Medical Center parking lot. If going back to the airport from hotel it only drops at Terminal 1 (as above) and to get to T2 you have to enter Hall B and follow signs to take the SkyTrain to T2. Allow plenty of...

Good property, new, quiet. Easy to walk to town along the river at day time taking about 30 minutes . Need to transit at main station to get on S8/9 to airport if you take U6 train. Need to make sure train is operating otherwise suggest to take Uber.

I enjoyed staying at Staycity. loved the mini kitchen.The room was nice felt welcoming. great shower. neighborhood right around the corner was a grocery store and I pasted several great looking restaurants only a very short distance away. it also was very quite which is important for me. close to the Airport and the shuttle was on time. will use this hotel again next time.

Nice place. Right next to grocery store. Walking distance to many awesome things. Comfortable bed, clean linens, excellent breakfast.

Stayed here during our whirlwind tour of Europe. Nice and clean with friendly staff and a great breakfast. No complaints about this property at all.

My family and I enjoyed in this modern hotel close to a shopping mall and supermarket. Many restaurants options around if you do not want to drive. If anything, I would say it is not in the downtown..

It would be helpful to have a meal order card in the room so breakfast can be ordered in advance and not just assume the guest don’t want to eat and have nothing to serve that day. Check in also was a bit confusing but over all this place was amazing, clean and the staff was very friendly. I gave it 5 stars because little things like these don’t bother me for the friendly staff and the beauty of this place made up for it.

Totally loved this place, room was perfect, dining options were excellent, breakfast buffet was fabulous.... and walking to my flight from the hotel the next day was a real treat! I will make this stop a regular habit every Christmas from now on!

Next to the Fair and shopping center and Mr Frank was very helper at reception

Staff were very nice and accommodating, we got the top floor with a beautiful view. We loved our stay. Clean room, alot of parking space (€9) buh worth it.
