"Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet, man merkt , dass die Gastgeberin das Haus auch selber als Ferienhaus nutzt. Der Garten ist sehr groß, gepflegt und hat einen tollen Grillplatz mit Kohlegrill, Gasgrill, Kühlschrank, Waschbecken und Terrasse. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und dennoch sind einige Bars am Strand und der Hafen mit verschiedenen Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen....

Very calm location, beautiful view, you are 10m walking for lovely beach, nice restaurants around the house. The owners are super sweet and nice, always ready to help. "Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in absolut ruhiger, aber auch etwas abgelegener Lage, was wir sehr genossen haben. Haus im Hochsommer für max. vier Personen geeignet, da nur zwei Schlafzimmer klimatisiert. Sonst sehr geräumig. Garten traumhaft mit zahlreichen Liegemöglichkeiten. Nahegelegener Strand einsam und perfekt zum Baden. 7 Minuten zu Fuss, zurück bergauf entsprechend länger. Kommunikation mit Efi, Vermieterin, unkompliziert, sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen,...

"Host was very friendly and welcoming and spoke good English. The room was very clean and just as it looks on the pictures. We had fresh towels provided everyday and bins changed. The bed was also made by the cleaner too. Overall an excellent stay would highly recommend. Also the apartment is only a 2 minute walk to the bars and restaurants in Neos Marmaras too."

"We had the most amazing stay at Ekies, I honestly can’t fault anything. The room was huge, spotlessly clean and stunning in design. The swimming pool was beautiful and a real treat to dip into each day. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was out of this world! Planning our next trip back already!! Don’t do it

"Walked into my room filled with roaches from hallway to bathroom and bedroom. Got room changed and still bugs crawling. No breakast as stated. I was given a box of cereal and choc milk and oj with crackers. Also no receptionist. My key was left at desk with no prior notice they would do so. I had to call and inquire about how to check in. "

"A lot of things seemed to have seen better days. The children pool had some slides, but the surface was made of some concrete and started to peel off. The handle when walking of to the slides was broken and someone could easily die if they truly held on to it. The pool area in general needs some refurbishment. "
