Alles war schön

Schöne Unterkunft mit toller Sicht vom Balkon in den großen Garten. Angenehmes Ambiente. Gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Wir hatten einen schönen und angenehmen Aufenthalt in der geräumigen Wohnung.

Tolle Tage

Herzlicher Empfang der Gastgeber, in der Ferienwohnung alles vorhanden, was man für‘s Leben braucht. Auf dem schönen Balkon mit herrlichem Ausblick auf die wunderschönen Gärten haben wir abends jeden intensiven Tag ausklingen lassen. Jederzeit wieder gern.

Ein paar schöne Tage in Dresden

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet. Der Check-In war unkompliziert und äußerst freundlich. Die Lage ist zwar etwas abseits des Zentrums, dafür schön ruhig und gut zu erreichen. Abends wird es allerdings sehr knapp mit den Parkplätzen.

Schöne Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft liegt im 1 OG. Wir haben alles sehr gut vorgefunden. Die Vermieterin war super nett und hilfsbereit. Schön ist ein kleiner Balkon, der nach Süden geht und von dem aus man in die Gärten schaut. Für uns völlig ausreichend war das Bad, das vielleicht für einige ein wenig schmal ist. Für gehbehinderte ist es sicher nicht ideal - da im 1.OG. Alles ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Eines der Doppelbetten ist nur 190 lang (dafür aber 2m breit), was nicht für jeden geeignet ist. Schön ist, dass fast vor der Tür ein Bäcker ist, damit sind lecker Brötchen leicht zu bekommen. Wer Blumen will, findet einen solchen Laden gleich daneben. Auch wenn es keinen privaten Stellplatz gibt, war das finden eines Parkplatzes entlang der Straße kein Problem. Wir waren mit der Unterbringung sehr zufrieden, kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen diese weiter.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung in Dresden

Der E-Mail-Kontakt seitens der Vermieter war immer prompt, informativ und freundlich. Vor Ort wurden wir herzlich empfangen. Ohne weitere Anfrage bekamen wir Tipps, was aktuell und generell in Dresden zu erleben ist und wo man mit dem Auto am günstigsten in der Innenstadt parken kann. Die Angaben in dem Inserat stimmen mit der sauberen und gepflegten Wohnung überein. Wobei ich noch hinzufügen möchte, dass es zu jeder Tageszeit mehr als ausreichend (schattige!) Parkplätze vorm Haus gibt. Auf den schön gerichteten Betten lagen zur Begrüßung wie im Hotel kleine Schokotäfelchen. Der erwähnte Balkon wurde diesen Sommer (2015) neu angebaut. Er bietet ausreichend Platz für einen kleinen Tisch + Stühle für 2 Personen. Mit 4 Mann wird es zwar etwas kuschliger, aber es geht trotzdem noch. Da wir den Balkon viel nutzten kamen die aufmerksamen Vermieter vorbei, um uns neu gekaufte Balkonmöbel zu bringen.

FEWO Dresden

Die Wohnung entsprach genau dem Inserat und war wohl vor kurzer Zeit general überholt worden. Die Wohnung kann ich ohne Einschränkung meinen Freunden und Bekannten weiterempfehlen. Wer nach Dresden geht, der weiß was ihn dort an an Kulturgütern erwartet. Dies brauche ich wohl nicht aufzuzählen.
