"Booked this hotel on the basis it’s a Radisson Blu and they are normally very good, but unfortunately this one is the exception, hidden charges ie for parking and use of the pool. Poor quality beer from the bar at premium prices. Restaurant closed at 7pm even though website says 10pm. Very tired room could do with a make over or at the very least have the carpets cleaned and a touch of paint. Empty bottle of wine had been left in the room from previous guest. "We were booked in with Best Western but actually had to check in and eat in the Courtyard Marriot. We struggled to get into the parking area as a service lorry and skip were obstructing the entrance. Very confusing as to where we should check in. Our main rooms were in the Best Western Building but everything else was in the Courtyard Marriot building.
